摘　　要：目的:了解农村地区照顾者对阿尔兹海默病(AD)知识掌握现状,并进一步探讨影响因素,为农村地区开展AD的防治和宣传工作提供科学依据。方法:采用便利抽样方法,分别从保定市方城村、中孝墓村、南独乐村、砂窝村抽取260名AD患者照顾者进行调查,采用一般资料调查问卷及中文版AD知识测评量表(ADKS)进行调查。结果:农村地区照顾者ADKS总分(17.13±2.76)分,在7个领域中照料领域得分最低。是否有学历、与老人关系、是否了解AD、对AD学习态度、村里是否有AD宣传、宣传形式得分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:农村地区照顾者AD知识掌握情况较差;有学历的子女对老年人照顾效果好,但照顾效果与学历高低未呈正比。村里照顾者学习AD愿望很强烈,但宣传效果很差,因此,应加强宣传力度,其中以宣传单和宣传册效果更好。Objective：To understand the status quo of knowledge about Alzheimer＇s Disease （AD） among caregivers for elders in rural areas, and to further explore the current situation, in order to to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and publicity of AD in rural are- as. Methods：Using convenience sampling method, a total of 260 caregivers for elders selected from Fangcheng Village,Zhong Xiaomu Vil- lage, Nan Dule Village, Sha Wo Village in Baoding City were investigated by using the general information questionnaire and Chinese ver- sion of AD knowledge assessment scale （ADKS）. Results ：In the 7 areas of the total ADKS scores of caregivers for elders,the areas of care scored lowest. Whether there is education degree, the relationship with the elderly,whether or not to understand AD, attitudes towards AD learning,and whether there is AD propaganda or propaganda form in the village, the scores of these were statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion：In rural areas, caregivers for elders have poor knowledge of AD, while those with educational backgrounds have good effect On elderly care, but the effect of care is not positively proportional to their educational background. The elderly caregivers in the vil- lage have a strong desire to learn AD, but the publicity effect is very poor. Therefore, publicity should be strengthened, in which the leaflets and brochures will be better.
