舒畅饮丸中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的建立舒畅饮丸中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定方法。方法采用岛津LC-20A HPLC系统测定,色谱柱:symmetryC_(18)(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:水溶液=19∶81;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:320 nm。结果二苯乙烯苷在其检测的线性范围内线性良好,平均回收率为100.23%,RSD为1.49%。结论所建立的方法快速、准确、重复性好,可以控制舒畅饮丸的质量。Objective To establish a method for the determination of stilbene glucoside in shuchangyinwan. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on the symmetryC18（4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm） with isocratic elution of acetonitrile and water（19 ： 81） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 30℃. The detection wavelength was set as 320 nm. Results The method for determining stilbene glucoside showed good linearity in the test ranges.The average recoveries were 100.23% and the RSD was 1.49%. Conclusions The methods developed are rapid, accurate and reproducible, which is applicable to the quality control of shuchangyinwan.
