摘　　要：目的提高胎心监护技术,增加胎心监护结果的准确性,为临床医师做出正确的判断和处理提供可靠的依据。方法对2015年2月至2015年11月29日期间的2522例胎心监护结果进行分析。结果异常胎心监护结果并非都是胎儿宫内窘迫的表现。结论胎心监护结果受多种因素的影响,监护人员应排除干扰因素,临床医师应综合分析监护结果,以做出正确的判断和处理。Objective Improve fetal rate monitorng technology, to increase the results of fetal heart rate monitoring, provide a reliable basis for clinicians to make the right judgments and to deal with. Method Analysis of 2522 cases of fetal heart monitoring results from February 2015 to 29 November 2015. Result Abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring results are not always the performance of intrauterine distress. Conclusion Fetal heart monitoring results are influenced by many factors, Monitoring personnel should be excluded from the interfence factor. Clinicians should be comprehensive analysis of monitoring results,Inorder to makethe right judgments and treatment.
