摘　　要：目的研究放射检查技术在临床急诊中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年2月收治的急诊科患者100例为研究对象,分为两组,对照组患者采用常规方式进行检查,观察组患者采用放射检查技术进行检查,对两组患者的检查结果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者SpO_2、DBP、SBP、HR等指标情况显著优于对照组;观察组患者的Mulleetr评分与VAS评分显著低于对照组;观察组依从性为98%,高于对照组的70%,不良反应发生率为4%,低于对照组的50%。结论放射检查技术在临床急诊中的应用价值显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。Objective To study the application value of radiological examination technology in clinical emergency department. Methods Select 100 patients who were treated in our clinical emergency department from January, 2015 to February, 2016 as study object. Divide them into two control group and observation group, and give examination in conuentional way to patients in control group, while give examination with radiological technology to patients in observation group, then compare and analyze the examination result of the two groups. Result The SpO2, DBP, SBP, HR and other indicators of observation group are better than that of the control group, and the Mulleetr score and VAS score of observation group are lower than that of the control group obviously. The observation group obedience is 98% higher than the control group of which is 70%. And the adverse effects rate of observation group is 4%, lower than the control group of which is 50%. Conclusion Using radiological examination technology in clinical emergency has great value, and is worth to spread in clinic widely.
