MRI诊断半月板桶柄状撕裂的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究MRI诊断半月板桶柄状撕裂的临床应用效果。方法抽取来我院治疗的30例半月板桶柄状撕裂患者为实验组,同期30例半月板非桶柄状撕裂患者为对照组,均实施MRI检查,分析MRI对半月板桶柄状撕裂的检查效果。结果 MRI诊断半月板桶柄状撕裂的敏感性为93.33%,特异性为96.67%,准确率为95.00%,假阴性率为6.67%,假阳性率为3.33%,MRI和关节镜诊断组间的准确率无显著差异,P>0.05;34个膝关节中,碎块内移征的所占比例显著高于其他各种征象,P<0.05;MRI检查结果和关节镜无显著差异,P>0.05;实验组5种征象结果显著多于对照组,P<0.05。结论 MRI诊断半月板桶柄状撕裂具有较显著的临床效果。Objective To study the effect of the clinical application of MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus bucket handle tear.Methods 30 cases of patients with meniscal bucket handle tear were selected in our hospital as experimental group,while 30 cases of no meniscus bucket handle tear were selected as the control group.MRI examination was performed in two groups.The effect of MRI on the meniscus bucket handle tear was analyzed.Results The sensitivity of MRI diagnosis of meniscal bucket handle tears was 93.33%,the specificity was 96.67%,accuracy was 95%,false negative rate was 6.67%,false positive rate was 3.33%,and there was no significant difference between the accuracy of arthroscopy and MRI diagnosis group（P〉0.05）,in 34 knees,the proportion of the inner shifting sign of fragments was significantly higher than other kinds of signs（P〈0.05）,the results of MRI and arthroscopy showed no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）, The results of 5 interpretations in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion MRI has a significant clinical effect in the diagnosis of meniscus bucket handle tear.
