摘 要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT尿路成像(CTU)后处理技术在临床中的应用。方法收集由输尿管镜、手术病理或临床证实的患者40例,均采用Aquillion 64排螺旋CT机进行全尿路平扫、皮质期、实质期、排泄期四期扫描,范围从肾上腺到耻骨联合。所有数据传输到Vitrea后处理工作站进行MPR、MIP、CPR、VR等三维重建,诊断疾病。结果 40例患者中肾癌3例,输尿管癌5例,膀胱癌4例,神经源性膀胱2例,重复肾盂输尿管畸形4例,输尿管良性狭窄4例,泌尿系统结石13例,输尿管阴道瘘1例,肾、输尿管结核4例。结论 CTU后处理技术对泌尿系统疾病检查效果好,可做为临床的首选检查方法。Objective To explore the clinical application of the image post-processing technology in 64-slice spiral CT urogra- phy. Method Forty patients diagnosed by ureteroscope, surgical pathology or clinical confirmation were collected and scanned by Aquillion 64-slice CT in the four phases of plain scan of the whole urinary tract, cortical phase, parenchymal phase and excretory phase, ranging from the adrenal gland to the pubic symphysis. All data were transmitted to the Vitrea post-processing workstation for the three-dimensional reconstruction of the MPR, MIP, CPR, and VR to diagnose diseases. Results Of the 40 patients, kidney cancer was diagnosed in three cases, ureteral carcinoma in five cases, bladder cancer in four cases, neurogenic bladder in two cases, duplication renal pelvis ureter malformation in four cases, benign ureteral stricture in four cases, urinary tract stones in thirteen cases, uretero-vaglnal fistula in one case, and kidney ureteral tuberculosis in four cases. Conclusion CTU post-processing technology is effective in the examination of urinary system disease, and can be used as the preferred clinical examination method.
