生猛的白象居--步行基础设施建筑

摘　　要：本文想探讨两个话题——山地城市里的步行捷径与大型建筑的关系;重庆式"生猛"的建筑学与城市设计意义。对于这两方面,以往的研究都关注甚少。本文以样本考察的方式,从对"生猛"一词的讨论引入对重庆白象居高层住宅楼的空间形态解读,进而分析其步行路线的四大特征性要素,即敞景式空中走廊、敞景式剪刀梯、敞景式室外公共平台群与分层入户标高。更提出了具有良好公共性的步行基础设施建筑的概念及其研究价值。再回到"生猛"这一话题,指出白象居的生猛从表面看是因为"24层无电梯",其实是分层入户的形态设计带来的诡黠公共性,而如今的重庆建筑及其关联的建筑学与城市设计正在滑向精致的无趣,我们需要从前辈身上继承的不是生猛,而是敢于用生猛的方式满足生活之需的态度与技术,更该通过专业上的勤奋求索,青出于蓝而胜于蓝。The 2 issues discussed in this paper are relationship between Pedestrian Route-Shortcuts and huge buildings in mountainous cities and the significance of Fierceness of Chongqing Style in architecture and urban design,which both barely studied by scholars previously. Based on sample investigation, this paper introduced morphological analysis of White Elephant high-rise residential buildings after discussion about the concept Fierceness. Consequently, 4 essential factors of pedestrian route in White Elephant buildings, known as Open Scene Air Corridor, Open Scene Scissors Stairs, Open Scene Outside-Public Terraces and Multiple Homes-enter Levels, are summarized, and the concept and value of the Architecture as infrastructure of Walking has been presented. Back to the issue about Fierceness, the fierceness of White Elephant buildings seems arising from 24 Floors without even 1 Elevator, but indeed roots in bizarre publicity made by morphological design of Multiple Homes-enter Levels. On the contrary, present Chongqing＇s buildings and relative architecture and urban design are sliding into exquisite vapidity, which alerts us that what we should learn from predecessors isn＇t Fierceness, but the attitude and technique not excluding Fierceness to satisfy the requirement of everyday life. Furthermore, it＇s the responsibility for the successors to doing better by perseverant learning, study and research.
