摘　　要：住区是与日常生活关系最为紧密的人居环境之一,它的面貌是城市社会结构与空间结构的缩影,并对城市形态和城市空间的演变产生深远影响。本文通过对大型山地住区"春森彼岸"设计理念和实施过程的深入解读,从空间与社会隔绝的角度,反思了在现有城市规划与管理模式下大型住区开发的"墙中城"现象,强调了城市设计思维在住区商业开发过程中的重要性。As one of the human settlements closely related to daily life, community is the epitome of city on social structure and spatial structure, having far-reaching effects on the evolution of urban form and space. By analyzing CHUN SEN BI AN Housing and Master Plan, a huge mountain community, and its implementation process this paper intends to introspect City in Waits--the phenomenon in huge residential district development under the present urban planning and management, which is regarded as a separation between space and society, and emphasize the importance of Urban Design thoughts throughout the commercial property development of communities.
