摘 要:随着可持续发展为导向的生态城市的提出,国内的绿色建筑实践也越来越被关注。但建筑的"绿色"技术往往不能与更趣味的功能空间相结合。该文以斯图克曼建筑景观学院为例,通过相关资料查询、实地调研详细分析了建筑的开放空间与生态设计。建筑设计遵循两条原则:绿色设计和功能空间。在严格遵守绿色建筑评估体系(LEED)认证要求条件下建筑内部和外部设计旨于将建筑的特色功能最优化。在"可持续"理念浪潮冲击的今天,其也许是一个集绿色与空间一体化的范例。With proposing coo-city oriented the sustainable development, domestic practice of green building has been paid more and more attention. But buildings' "green" technologies often can not be, combined with their interesting spaces. Taking Stuckeman Family Building as an example, by related materials inquiry and field research, we analyze its open space and ecological design in detail. The architectural and functional design of the Stuckeman Family Building follows two principles, "green" design and Iunctienal space. Both the interior and exterior design are intended to optimize the specific uses of the building while strictly adhering to tile L.E.E.D. certification requirements. Perhaps it is a model with the integration of green and space in today's adw'mced concept of "sustainable".
