摘  要:本文针对我国电力行业面临的现状,提出了一种以DSP和ARM双CPU为核心、结合高速同步A/D采样器、双口RAM等硬件组成的电能质量监测系统。本文详细阐述了各主要模块的软硬件设计。ARM模块中以嵌入式Linux为开发平台,以Qt/Embedded为开发工具,实现对DSP模块的控制,数据的实时显示、存储、网络通信等功能。经实验验证了本监测装置测量的可行性和准确性。We have proposed a type of power quality monitor based on dual-core CPU, DSP and ARM combined with the hardware of high-speed simultaneous-sampling A/D sampler, dual-port RAM and other hardware components, aimed at the actuality in face of our national electric power industry. The hardware and software design of the main functional model were expounded. By using the embedded Linux as a software development platform and Qt/Embedded as a development tool, the system could control the data processing system, as well as display, storage and network upload the monitoring data. The practicality and the accuracy of the instrument were proved.
