胸痛中心急救护理流程的建立及在急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨胸痛中心急救护理流程在急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中的应用效果。方法探索并建立胸痛中心急救护理流程,收集胸痛中心急救护理流程实施前后各40例行急诊PCI的病人,分为急救护理流程组和常规护理组,两组接受常规治疗但护理方式不一样。观察比较两组病人急救护理时间、门-导管室(D-to-C)时间、门-球囊扩张(D-to-B)时间的差异。结果实行胸痛中心急救护理流程后,首份心电图时间、静脉采血时间及静脉通路时间分别为(8.3±1.7)、(10.8±2.3)、(3.5±1.1)min,显著短于常规护理时间(P<0.05);同时,D-to-C时间、D-to-B时间分别为(11.9±3.5)、(40.4±19.7)min,均优于常规护理(P<0.05)。D-to-B时间<90 min例数为33例(82.5%),常规护理组为25例(62.5%),两组差异有统计学意义。结论胸痛中心急救护理流程可以提高护理效率,缩短急诊PCI救治时间。Objective To investigate the influence of chest pain center-specialized emergency nursing process on the emergency percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods The emergency nursing process of chest pain center was explored and established.40 cases of patients with emergency PCI received emergency nursing process were collected.40 cases of patients with emergency PCI received normal nursing were collected.The two groups received conventional therapy and different nursing models.The emergency care time,door-catheter room （D-to-C） time,and door-balloon dilation （D-to-B） time in two groups were compared. Results After the application of chest pain center-specialized emergency nursing process,the first electrocardiogram time,venous blood sampling time and venous access time were respectively （8.3±1.7）,（10.8±2.3）min,and （3.5±1.1） min,which significantly shorter than that of normal nursing （P〈0.05）.In addition,the D-to-C time and D-to-B time of emergency nursing process were respectively （11.9±3.5） min and （40.4±19.7） min,which better than that of normal nursing （P〈0.05）.D-to-B time 〈90 min cases were 33 （82.5%）,while the normal nursing for the 25 cases （62.5%）,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Chest pain center-specialized emergency nursing process can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing to shorten the emergency PCI time.
