摘　　要：目的:探讨非相邻多节段脊柱骨折的诊断与手术治疗。方法:收治非相邻多节段脊柱骨折患者36例,观察手术治疗效果。结果:术后,ASIA脊髓损伤B级和C级患者明显减少,D级和E级患者明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而A级患者无变化(P>0.05)。术后患者的ASIA感觉指数评分、Fugl-Meyer评分及ADL评分均明显高于术前(P<0.05)。结论:采取影像学方法进行准确诊断,确定骨折类型,制定针对性的治疗方案,可提升临床治疗效果。Objective:To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of non adjacent multi segmental spinal fractures.Methods:36patients with non adjacent multi segmental spinal fractures were selected.We observed the effect of surgical treatment.Results:After operation,patients with ASIA spinal cord injury of B grade and C grade were significantly reduced;patients of D grade and E grade increased significantly;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no change in A grade(P>0.05).After operation,ASIA score,Fugl-Meyer score and ADL score were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:We can accurately diagnose the disease by the use of imaging methods,determine the type of fracture,develop targeted treatment options,so as to enhance the effectiveness of clinical treatment.
