摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术在基层医院的应用效果。方法:收治胆囊切除术患者553例,分别采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术和开腹胆囊切除术治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间明显优于开腹胆囊切除术。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术在基层医院的应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in primary hospital.Methods:553 patients with cholecystectomy were selected.They were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy respectively.We compared the therapeutic effects.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were significantly better than open cholecystectomy.Conclusion:The application effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in primary hospital was significant.
