摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者血液透析护理措施及效果。方法:收治糖尿病肾病患者40例,分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用细节护理措施。结果:观察组患者护理干预效果明显高于对照组。结论:对于糖尿病肾病患者,细节护理措施能改善护理质量,提高患者生活质量,促进患者预后。Objective:To investigate the nursing measures and effect of hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:40 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group were treated with details nursing.Results:Nursing intervention effect in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:For patients with diabetic nephropathy,details nursing can improve the quality of care,improve the life quality of patients,and also can promote the prognosis of the patients.
