最低工资标准对木材加工业劳动生产率影响的分析

摘　　要：将2002—2007年我国工业企业数据库的微观企业数据进行整合形成省域数据,运用面板数据模型分别从国家和地区角度对我国最低工资和木材加工业劳动生产率关系进行实证分析。结果表明,最低工资和木材加工业劳动生产率呈现正相关关系,最低工资的提高能够拉动木材加工业劳动生产率的提升,这一结果在东部和西部地区同样适用。The data of China＇s induial enterpe database 2002-2007 micro enterprise integrates ovincial data, u^ng the panel data model to make an empmcal analys on China＇s mimmum wage and labor productivity from the perspective of wood processing industry of countries and regions. The result shows that the increase of the mimmum wage has a good effect on the improving of the labor produch^y of timber processing industry And this result applies equally in the eastern and western regions.
