摘　　要：立足于国有森林归属权的特殊性,对我国林权制度改革中取得的成果进行总结,也对林权改革的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,提出了林权制度改革的对策:林权的登记制度要充分完善,做好改革宣传,政府减少参与,确保林业职工的主体地位。Based on the particularity of state-owned forest ownership, the achievements in the reform of forest property right system in China are summarized. It also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of forest rights reform. The countermeasures of forest property right system reform are put forward. The registration systemof forest rights should be fully improved, the reform publicity should be carried out, and the government will reduce participation and ensure the main position of forestry workers.
