摘 要:针对南京河西新城建设过程中出现的严重地面沉降问题,开展了系统性的监测和地质条件分析研究。该地区属长江与秦淮河共同冲积形成的漫滩地质环境,第四系上部淤泥质粘土十分发育,其孔隙率高,压缩性强,对工程活动敏感,是地面沉降的主要贡献层位。通过综合各类数据资料分析,认为本区地面沉降是在不良工程地质环境下进行大规模城市建设所导致的结果。基于本地区地面沉降易发性和对经济社会危害的强弱分析,进行了河西地区地面沉降的风险评价,对防治地面沉降,保障城市发展提出了对策建议。A systematic monitoring and analysis of geological conditions was carried out, in order to make clear the land subsidence in the Hexi area of Nanjing. The area is a foodplain deposited by the fowing streams of the Yangtze River and the Qinhuai River together. The Upper Quaternary System is composed of well-developed muddy clay, with high porosity, compressible ability, sensitive engineering activities, which is the major contribution horizon to land subsidence. By combining various types of data, the frst land subsidence cumulative distribution was mapped. We believe that the serious land subsidence is due to large-scale urban construction in poor engineering geological condition. After the analysis of land subsidence susceptibility and its harm to economic and social, the land subsidence risk assessment was made for the whole area. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to prevent land subsidence and optimize the urban’s sustainable development.
