VISION-B自动血沉仪和魏氏法测定红细胞沉降率结果的比较分析

摘　　要：目的验证VISION-B自动血沉仪检测红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sediment rate,ESR)的重复性、准确性,以及比较其检测结果与魏氏法结果的相关性,以评价VISION-B自动血沉仪是否适合临床应用。方法以魏氏法测定的ESR结果为标准,选取检测结果从低到高的5份标本,在VISION-B自动血沉仪上分别重复检测4次,分析其重复性。收集门诊与住院患者218份标本,每份标本分别采用魏氏法和VISION-B自动血沉仪检测其ESR,并对检测结果进行统计学分析,分析VISION-B自动血沉仪检测结果的准确性及该方法与魏氏法结果的相关性。结果 VISION-B自动血沉仪检测ESR结果重复性较好(CV<10%);自动血沉仪检测结果与魏氏法结果相关性较好(r=0.971);两种方法的检测结果中魏氏法均值高于自动血沉仪法。结论 VISION-B自动血沉仪法操作简便安全、检测时间短、无需其他耗材、无需转移标本,有较好的临床应用前景。然而由于VISION-B自动血沉仪检测结果较魏氏法低,在使用该仪器检测ESR时需建立新的参考范围,并在检验报告单上注明检验方法和参考范围。Objective To evaluate whether the VISION-B ESR analyzer is suitable for clinical application by validating the repeatability and accuracy of erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） measured with VISION-B ESR analyzer and comparing the correlation of ESR between VISION-B ESR analyzer group and Westergren method group. Methods ESR of the 5 samples ranking from low to high according to the standard of Westergren method were detected by the VISION-B ESR analyzer for 4 times to analyze the repeatability of the results. Venous blood of 218 cases from out-patients and in-patients were collected and detected by the VISION-B ESR analyzer and the Westergren method, respectively. The results of the two methods were analyzed. Results The results indicated good repeatability（CV〈10%） of the VISION-B ESR analyzer. There was a good correlation between the results of the VISION-B ESR analyzer and those of the Westergren method （r=0.971）. The mean value of the Westergren method was higher than that of the VISION-B ESR analyzer. Conclusion The VISION-B ESR analyzer has good clinical application prospect for it exhibits convenience, safety and short detection time, and there is no need for other supplies and transfer of specimens. However, due to the result of the VISION-B ESR analyzer was lower than that of the Westergren method, we need to establish a new reference range and indicate the test method and reference range on report when using the VISION-B ESR Analyzer.[
