摘　　要：乳化液泵站自动补水和配液系统,能够根据乳化液泵箱内液位情况自动实现补水和乳化液的定比例添加,避免了水资源浪费或因为液量不足造成泵吸空损坏,同时可以根据设定添加量自动添加乳化油,保证了乳化液配比浓度均匀,避免支架液压缸和液压控制阀因为乳化液浓度不足而生锈,提高液压支架等设备的作业安全性,减少人工添加乳化油的劳动作业。The automatic water replenishment and liquid distribution system of the emulsion pump stationcan automatically add the proportion of the replenishment and the emulsion according to the liquid level inthe emulsion pump box,which will avoid the waste of water resources or the damage caused by insufficientpump space,at the same time it can add emulsified oil automatically according to set amount,thus ensurethe emulsion concentration uniformity and avoid the stent hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic control valve be-cause of the concentration of emulsions and rust,improve the hydraulic support equipment safety,the process of artificially adding emulsion is reduced.
