摘 要:本文研究的主要内容是:以神华亿利电厂卸煤系统RH-FJ-110"C"型转子式单翻翻车机为研究对象,采用液压系统重新设计优化的方法,彻底解决液压系统非正常频繁泄漏、液压元件、及其它部位异常冲击、磨损等问题,延长系统油脂使用寿命,提高翻车机运行效率,最终达到提高整个卸煤系统的稳定及安全运行的目的。Car dumper is a continuous and high-efficient unloading equipment,which has been widely usedin domestic and foreign power plants, and ports, etc. departments. Heavy railway wagon scheduling unit(heavy cattle) of C type car dumper is a very important part,with the passing of time,changing conditions,working load of car dumper increased,it is difficult to lift and down of weight cattle's big arm,it's com-mon to see in many C car dumper,when the heavy cattle is in operation and the big arm in arm close tothe end point in lifting and landing t,it had seen different degrees of abnormal jitter. Long time abnormaljitter operation will cause wear and damage of heavy cattle parts,the most serious situation will lead to thefailure of the main structure,and have serious accidents. The main content of this paper is:using the RH-FJ-110 'C' type rotor type wagon car dumper of Shenhua Yili Power Plant's coal unloading system as thestudying object,adopting the method of redesign and optimize hydraulic system,and completely solve theproblems of abnormal frequent leakage,hydraulic components and abnormal impacts and wears of other partsof hydraulic system,to prolong the service life of systematic grease,and improve operation efficiency of cardumper,and eventually improve the stability and safety operation of the whole coal unloading system.
