摘  要:采用王水消解-原子荧光光谱法测定辣木茶中的汞、砷和硒,结果表明:辣木茶中的汞、砷残留量分别为0.0144mg/kg、0.3270mg/kg,均符合国家有关茶叶重金属残留的质量安全要求,辣木茶硒含量达0.1350mg/kg,与茶叶相比属于富硒食物;王水消解-原子荧光光谱法测定辣木茶中的汞、砷和硒,具有精密度高、准确性好、灵敏度高、干扰少、操作简便的优点,是一种切实可行的食品重金属元素检测方法。Mercury, arsenic and selenium in Moringa tea were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry method with the samples dissolved in aqua regia. The results show that: The mercury and arsenic residue in Moringa tea were 0. 0144 and 0. 3270 mg/kg respectively, which conformed to the national quality safety requirements of heavy metal residue in tea. The selenium content in Moringa tea was 0. 1350 mg/kg, which belonged to the selenium-rich food compared with tea. The method of mercury, arsenic and selenium determination in Moringa tea by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with the samples dissolved in aqua regia was a kind of feasible methods of heavy metal element in food which showed advantages of high precision,good accuracy,high sensitivity,less interference,and simple operation.
