摘 要:2014—2016年,南京市空气质量持续改善,PM_(2.5)浓度逐年下降,但O3超标现象日益凸显。冬季多发的PM_(2.5)污染与春夏季多发的O_3污染成为制约南京市AQI提升的关键因素。从调整产业结构,加强污染末端治理,严格执行"禁燃烟花爆竹"政策,重视氨排放管控等方面提出了持续改善空气质量的对策建议,促进优良率有效提升。Air quality condition in Nanjing has continually improved in recent years. The concen-tration of PM2.5 decreased year by year, the O3 pollution, however, was becoming serious increasi-ngly. The PM2.5 pollution in winter and the O3 pollution in spring and summer were the key factors that restricted the promotion of AQI in Nanjing. Countermeasures for continuously improving air quality were put forward, such as adjusting the industrial structures, strengthening the end treatm-ent of pollutions, and strictly conducting the policy of "forbidden fireworks burning", as well as emphasizing the control of NH3 emission, in order to effectively get the promotion of excellent rate of air quality.
