摘　　要：地方本科高校人才供给和企业的需求存在现实性的矛盾:一方面,大学生就业难;另一方面,企业无法招到合适的人才。究其原因是理论型人才培养方式在地方本科高校教育中仍占主导地位,高校专业设置不合理,办学过程中校企和产学脱节严重。为此,地方本科高校应确立应用型复合人才培养的模式、合理设置专业、确立校企一体化的办学模式。There is a contradiction between the supply of talents and the needs of enterprises in the local undergraduate colleges.On one hand,the employment of college students is difficult;on the other hand,the enterprises can not recruit suitable professional talents.The reason is that the training mode of theoretical talents is still dominant in the local undergraduate colleges,the professional setting is unreasonable and serious gap between production and teaching in local universities and enterprises.Therefore,local undergraduate colleges should establish the training mode of applied versatile talents,set specialties reasonably and establish the joint running mode of schools and enterprises.
