摘　　要：中医药院校大学生创新创业教育还不能满足"新常态"下,经济社会的要求,通过从专业、师资、观念、实践4个方面论述分析了目前存在的问题,并且从工作原则、观念、教育体系、师资队伍建设4个方面提出了工作对策。The innovation and entrepreneurship education of the students of TCM can＇ meet the requirements of economic and social with “new normal”. This article analysis the problem from four aspects, include the profession, teachers, concept and practice. Moreover, it puts forward the countermeasures from the work principle, concept, education system, teachers＇ team construction.
