摘　　要：本文简述王彦刚教授从浊毒论治胃凉的学术思想及临床经验。王彦刚教授依据浊毒理论,辨证求因,从因论治,运用化浊解毒法可解除或明显缓解患者胃凉症状。This article briefly discussed the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor WANG Yan-gang in treating the stomach cold from the theory of Zhuodu. According to the theory of Zhuodu, Professor WANG Yan-gang uses Huazhuo Jiedu method to relieve or significantly ease the symptoms of stomach cold by exploring the reasons through syndrome differentiation and treatment based on reason.
