汉江流域文化旅游资源开发潜力评价

摘　　要：汉江生态经济带的开放开发使汉江流域文化旅游资源的开发利用成为旅游业发展的热点之一,评价其开发潜力可为该地区文化旅游科学合理地开发提供依据。为此,从资源禀赋条件、旅游开发条件和客源市场条件3个方面建立了包含20个评价指标的评价体系,利用层次分析法确定各层次评价指标权重,构建了汉江流域文化旅游资源开发潜力评价系统,并以汉江流域湖北段6处文化旅游区为例进行潜力评价和排序,提出了相应的开发对策。With the opening and development of the Han River ecological economic zone,the development and utilization of the Han River basin cultural tourism resources has become one of the hot spots of tourism development,and evaluation on its exploitation potential may provide a basis for scientific and reasonable development of this area's cultural tourism. By analyzing various factors,an evaluation index system was established,which involves three subsystems,as resource endowment,tourism exploiting conditions,and source of tourist markets,including more than 20 evaluation indexes. AHP method was used for determining index weights. The tourism resources exploration potential of the above six scenic spots in the Han river basin of Hubei Province is evaluated and ranked,and the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward.
