摘　　要：以连接器BTB产品生产为例,主要介绍了一种基于机器视觉和嵌件成型技术的金属料带全自动成型设备,其中机器视觉技术实现对金属料带及成品的检测。设备整合送料、嵌件成型、视觉检测、裁切、包装等生产流程,从而实现无需专人操作的自动化生产,提高了生产效率,降低人工成本。Take Board To Board （ BTB） connector production process for example, a metal strip automatic molding equipment was mainly introduced based on machine vision and insert molding technology. The machine vision technology was implemented for de-tecting of metal strip and end product. In the equipment, it was integrated of many work flow as strip feed, insert molding, vision in-spection, product cutting and automatic packaging, and etc. Then the front-to-end automation is realized without special manual opera-tion to improve production efficiency and to reduce manual labor cost.
