摘 要:为研究齿轮复合加工机床的运动规律,验证NC代码的正确性并直观地模拟加工过程,对齿轮复合加工机床进行结构分析,建立机床运动学模型。基于SolidWorks2013平台,运用COM组件技术针对机床的核心功能开发了齿轮复合加工机床数控仿真系统。利用位姿矩阵原理以及分段处理技术实现了机床五轴联动控制和齿轮加工仿真。实例表明:该方法简单、可靠;开发的仿真系统能够满足实际的需求。In order to research the motion characteristics of gear compound machine tool, to verify the correctness of NC code and to simulate the machining process, the structure of gear compound machine tool was analyzed and kinematics model of machine tool was established. COM technology was used to develop NC simulation system of gear compound machine tool based on SolidWorks2013. Pose matrix principle and segmentation processing technology were used to realize the simultaneously control of five-axis and simulation ma-chining of gear. Simulation experiments show that this method is simple and feasible, industrial application is satisfied with the devel-oped simulation system.
