复方雪莲拈痛汤治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析复方雪莲拈痛汤治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取确诊为类风湿关节炎活动期患者120例,分成治疗组和对照组。对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用复方雪莲拈痛汤,治疗3个月后,观察两组患者的临床疗效及血液相关指标。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组患者的临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者的RF、CRP、ESR、血小板均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方雪莲拈痛汤能有效改善活动期类风湿关节炎的相关症状及体征,提高其临床治疗效果,且能有效降低血液相关指标。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound saussaurea Niantong decoction in thetreatment of active rheumatoid arthritis, in order to provide the basis for clinical medwere diagnosed in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis, according to the principle of randivided into treatment group and control group. The control group received conventional western medicine treat-ment , the treatment group n the control group based on the use of compound saussaurea Niantong decoction treat-ment. After 3 mouth, the two groups were observed the clinical efticacy and blood indexes. Results ： Aftin 3 mouth,the clinical effect of treatment of the treatment group than the control group,the ditference was statist-cally signiticant （P〈0. 05）. Patients in the treatmentgroup,RF,CRP,ESRand plateletwere lower than the con-trol group （P〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Compound saussaurea Niantong decoction can effectively improve the symptomsof rheumatoid arthritis and signs, improve the clinical treatment effect, and can effectively reduce the related indexof blood.
