柏硝祛毒洗剂治疗混合痔术后疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柏硝祛毒洗剂治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例混合痔术后患者随机分为两组各45例,对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗治疗,治疗组采用柏硝祛毒洗剂熏洗治疗,均治疗7d。结果:两组治疗后3、5、7d肛缘疼痛及水肿评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后3、5、7d肛缘疼痛及水肿评分均低于对照组同时间评分(P<0.05),治疗组肛缘疼痛总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柏硝祛毒洗剂能够减轻混合痔术后水肿及疼痛程度。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Baixiao Qudu lotion in treating postoperativepain of mixed hemorrhoid. Methods： 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group（45 cases） and treatment group （45 cases）. The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution and fumigation. The treatment group was treated with Baixiao Qudu lotion. Results ： The analgesia and edema scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group at 3 days, 5 days and 7 days after treatment （P 〈0. 05） . The total effective rate of anal pain in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Baixiao Qudu lotion can reduce the postoperative edema and pain and improve the clinical curative effect.
