黄芪桂枝五物汤联合上肢损伤洗方治疗肱骨骨折合并桡神经损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西结合治疗肱骨骨折合并桡神经损伤的疗效观察。方法:选取我院收治肱骨骨折合并桡神经损伤患者60例,按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用手术或保守治疗并给予营养神经药物,观察组在对照组的基础上采用黄芪桂枝五物汤和外用上肢损伤洗方治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效和生活质量。结果:观察组临床治疗优良率为93.34%,对照组为73.33%。观察组桡神经恢复率为90%优于对照组66.67%。治疗后观察组SF-36量表中社会功能(89.47±6.23)分、生理功能(88.63±6.55)分、情感职能(88.83±6.74)分、心理健康(89.73±5.42)分和总体健康(87.46±4.83)分等评分均较对照组[(75.44±5.17)分、(67.35±4.12)分、(73.11±4.92)分、(76.89±4.35)分、(65.37±3.76)分]高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:肱骨骨折合并桡神经损伤患者采用中西结合治疗,疗效确切,能有效的提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined withexternal application of upper limb injury in the treatment of humeral fractures with radial nerve injury. Methods： 60cases of humeral fractures combined with radial nerve injury in our hospital were divided control group according to random number method？ each of the 30 cases. The control group wy or conservative treatment and was given neurotrophic drugs. The observation group was treated with oral adminis-tration of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction and tive cases of upper limb injury. Compare two groups of clinical cura-tive effect and the quality of life. Results： The excellent rate of clinical treatment was 93. 34% in the observation group, and the excellent and good rate was higher in the control group, and the difference between the two groupswas statistically signilicant （P〈0. 05）. The recovery rate of radial nerve was 90% in the observation group than inthe control group （66. 67%） , and the difference was statistically signilicant （P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the obser-vation group SF-36 social function scale （89. 47±6. 23） vs （75. 44±5. 17） , the physiological function of （88. 63±6. 55） vs （67.35 ± 4. 12）,emotional function （88. 83 ± 6. 74） vs （73. 11 ± 4. 92） ,mental health （89. 73 ± 5. 42） vs （76. 89±4. 35） andoverall health（87. 46 ＋ 4. 83） vs （65.37±3.76） scoreswerehigher thanthecontrolgroup, the difference was statistically signilicant （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion ： Humeral fracture patients with radial combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, curative effect, can effectively improlife of patients.
