不同烧结方式制备的Mo15Ta合金组织及性能对比

摘　　要：本文对比了不同烧结方式制备的Mo15Ta合金微观组织及性能。结果表明:与真空预烧结+中频氢气烧结对比,真空预烧结+热等静压(HIP)方法制备的Mo15Ta合金物相一致,晶粒尺寸较大,孔隙尺寸减小及孔隙率下降,相对密度和硬度显著提高;C、O、Fe、Ni等杂质含量相当。The structure and properties of Mo15Ta alloy fabricated by different sintering methods were compared in this paper. The results show that Mol5Ta alloy fabricated by vacuum pre-sintering and Hot Isostatic Pressing has the same phase and impurities elements such as C、 O、 Fe、 Ni ,bigger grain size,less pore size and po rosity, obvious higher relative density and hardness than vacuum pre-sintering and mid frequency sintering in hydrogen atmos-phere.
