转型发展形势下新建本科院校创新创业文化建设

摘　　要：高校创新创业文化建设重点是体现人才培养模式转变,新建本科院校转型发展实质上是高等教育供给侧结构性改革,二者存在本质上的共同点。转型发展形势下,新建本科院校创新创业文化建设出现了人才培养模式不适应创新创业文化形塑、创新创业文化存在价值导向片面性、自身保障机制不健全等问题。因此要从人才培养模式、教育课程体系、文化氛围等方面积极拓展创业文化建设空间,从而真正推动新建本科院校的转型发展与高等教育供给侧结构性改革。The construction of innovative and entrepreneurial culture in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the transforma-tion of personnel training mode, the transformation and development of the newly established undergraduate colleges and universities is essentially a structural reform of the supply side of the higher education, for the two major have common points. Starting from the talent training mode, curriculum system, cultural atmosphere, the building of cultural space should be strengthened, so as to promote the trans-formation and development of the new undergraduate colleges and universities and the structural reform of the supply side of the higher education.
