摘  要:【目的】研究4种樟科树木对汽车尾气胁迫的生理响应,为逆境生理和抗污绿化树种选择提供参考。【方法】采用不同浓度的汽车尾气(0.0、0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0 mg/m3)对樟树、阴香、天竺桂、红楠4种盆栽2年生实生苗进行熏气处理24 h,研究汽车尾气对4种苗木叶片的相对电导率、脯氨酸含量、MDA含量、叶绿素含量、SOD和POD酶活性的影响。利用模糊数学隶属度公式对各项指标测定值进行定量转换,对4种苗木的抗污染能力进行综合评价。【结果】随着处理浓度的增加,4个树种叶片各指标变化模式不同。叶绿素含量、SOD、POD酶活性变化趋势相似,均先上升后下降;MDA和相对电导率的变化趋势均总体上升;脯氨酸含量的变化未表现出规律性。【结论】受试树种耐尾气污染能力的大小依次为:樟树>天竺桂>阴香>红楠。【Objective】The aim of the study was to examine the physiological response of four lauraceae species leaves to automobile exhaust stress and to provide a reference for selection of antipollution tree species.【Method】2-year-old seedlings of camphortree,Cinnamomum burmann,Cinnamomum pedunculatum and Machilus thunbergii were fumigated for 24 h with different concentrations(0.0,0.5,1.0,2.0,3.0and 4.0 mg/m3)of automobile exhaust. The relative conductivity,proline content,MDA content,chlorophyll content,SOD and POD activities in leaves of 4 plant seedlings were measured. The comprehensive evaluation of the 4 plant seedlings in response to automobile exhaust pollution was analyzed according to quantitative conversion of measured values by fuzzy mathematics subordinate function formula.【Results】With the increase of treatment concentration,the change patterns in leaf indexes were different among 4tree species. The change trend was similar in chlorophyll content,SOD and POD activities,with first increasing then decreassing. Both MDA and relative conductivity often increased with treatment time. The change of proline content showed no regularity.【Conclusion】The tolerance of tested tree species to automobile exhaust was in order of camphortree>C. pedunculatum>C. burmann>M. thunbergii.
