摘 要:【目的】探索鸡冠发育对激素分泌及胴体性能的影响。【方法】从6周龄开始对优质肉鸡S3系鸡冠进行测定,同时采用化学发光法分别测定大小鸡冠鸡的血清激素水平,12周龄时对大小鸡冠组鸡进行体尺、屠宰性能进行测试。【结果】结果显示:不同日龄高冠组和矮冠组间体重无显著差异(P>0.05),高冠组鸡冠高和冠长显著大于矮冠组(P<0.05),随着日龄的增加,血清中生长激素(GH)含量逐渐降低,但相同日龄GH含量无显著差异(P>0.05),睾酮激素(TEST)含量随日龄的增加缓慢增加,随后又缓慢减少,但相同日龄各组间含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。12周龄时屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率和腿肌率在不同组间无显著差异性(P>0.05)。鸡冠重、睾丸重和腹脂率在高冠组和矮冠组间差异显著(P<0.05)。体尺性状在不同鸡冠组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。相关分析显示冠高和冠重的相关系数最高,达到0.894,冠高、冠长与鸡冠重、腹脂率呈极显著相关(P<0.01);全净膛和半净膛极显著相关(P<0.01),与腹脂重之间极显著负相关(P<0.01);GH与鸡冠重显著相关(P<0.05),与睾丸重极显著相关(P<0.01);TEST与睾丸重、腹脂率和GH显著相关(P<0.05),与屠体重呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。【结论】通过对肉鸡鸡冠发育的选育,以提高其早熟性是可行的。【Objective】 To explore how the development of cockscomb affects hormone secretion and carcass performance.【Method】The cockscomb size was measured from 6-12 weeks of S3 line of quality chicken,and the serum hormone levels were determinated by using chemiluminescence method at the same time. The body size,slaughter performance of different cockscomb size groups were tested at 12 weeks.【Results】The results showed that the body weight had no significant difference between high cockscomb and low cockscomb group at different day age(P>0.05),the height and length of cockscombs from high cockscomb group were significantly greater than the low cockscomb group(P<0.05).The serum growth hormone(GH) content gradually decreased with the increase of age,but GH levels had no significant difference the same age(P >0.05),testosterone(TEST) content increased slowly with the increase of age then slowly decrease,but the content had no significant differences between groups at same day(P>0.05). The percentage of dressed,percentage of half-eviscerated yield,percentage of eviscerated yield and percentage of leg muscle had no significant difference between different groups(P>0.05). Comb weight, testis weight and percentage of abdominal fat in high cockscomb group were significant higher than low cockscomb group(P<0.05). The body sizes had no significant difference in different comb groups(P>0.05). Correlation analysis showed cockscomb height and cockscomb weight has the highest correlation coefficient,which reached 0.894.The cockscomb height,cockscomb length,cockscomb weight percentage of abdominal fat were significantly correlated(P <0.01). The percentage of eviscerated and half-eviscerated yield was significantly correlated(P<0.01),and showed significantly negative correlation with percentage of abdominal fat(P<0.01).GH content correlated with cockscomb weight(P <0.05),and significantly correlated with testicular weight(P < 0. 01);TEST content was correlated with testicular weight,percentage of abdominal fat and GH content(
