摘　　要：本文总结了近几年作者开展土池养殖SPF凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)仔一代苗的成功经验;介绍了SPF仔一代苗养殖过程中,放苗前水处理、苗种选择、微生态制剂应用、鱼类生态混养、水质调节、病害防控等健康养殖技术措施。为土池养殖SPF仔一代苗提供了可资借鉴的成功经验。This paper summarized the successful experience that the author was engaged in culturing the first generation of seedlings of SPF Litopenaeus vannamei in the recent years in earth ponds. It introduced healthy culture techniques such as seed selection,water treatment before breeding,water quality regulation,disease control,application of ecological preparations and fish and shrimp mixed culture technology in the seeds breeding process of the first generation of SPF shrimps. It provided a successful experience for reference in the first generation seeds of SPF culturing in earth ponds.
