摘 要:随着空间探测任务多元化的发展,要求空间低温系统能够在多载荷多温区提供不同冷量,以往的制冷机多以膨胀机串联式来达到要求,耦合难度大。双温区双冷指斯特林制冷机创新的采用一台压缩机驱动和两台并列膨胀机的新型结构,实现了在95 K和150 K提供不同冷量的要求,相比于两台斯特林制冷机,减小了重量和功耗,增加了集成度,相比于串联制冷机,减小了热耦合难度,降低了复杂性,在空间制冷的需求日益复杂化的背景下,为制冷机的紧凑性和集成度的方向提供了新的思路。With the development of diversification of the space missions,cryogenic system is required to provide different refrigeration capacity at different temperature. To meet the requirement,we always made expanders in series,which was difficult in coupling. In this paper,we innovatively use a single compressor to drive two parallel expanders to implement the requirement of providing different refrigeration capacity at 95 K and 150 K. Compared to using two refrigerators,it reduces the weight and power,increases the level of integration. Compared to the tandem structure,it reduces the heat coupling difficulty and complexity. While the background of the space refrigeration requirement becoming more and more complicated,this kind of refrigeration structure provides a new train of thought for the compactness and integration of refrigerators.
