摘 要:异化现象成为当前农民合作社发展初级阶段的突出特征。基于中国381家产品生产类合作社的大样本调查数据,分析合作社在股权结构、治理机制、运营管理和分配制度上有悖于传统合作经济原则的异化特征,实证结果表明,某些异化有益于合作社的生存与发展,诸如提高骨干成员在理事会的占比、扩大大户的附加表决权、在外雇用管理人员、开展非成员业务和服务是激励相容的,能够满足异质性成员及集体利益最大化的诉求,并最终有助于增强合作社自生能力。由此间接揭示了合作社深化制度变革、转型发展的可能性。The phenomenon of alienation has become one of the most prominent characteristics of the primary development of farmer cooperatives. Based on the survey data of a large sample collected from 381 production cooperatives,this paper analyzes characteristics of alienation in the aspects of ow nership structure,governance mechanism,operation and management,and distribution system,w hich are against traditional cooperative principles. Empirical results have demonstrated that some alienations are actually beneficial to the cooperative survival and development. Raising the proportion of key members of the Council,enhancing additional voting rights of large members,hiring outside managers,and conducting non-members' business and services are incentive-compatible. Those alienations can meet the demands of heterogeneous members and the collective pursuing maximum benefit,and eventually contribute to strengthening the viability of cooperatives. This paper indirectly reveals the possibility of farmer cooperatives deepening system reform as w ell as transformational development.
