摘　　要：对335 MW发电机开机前定子绝缘电阻偏低的原因进行分析,确定主变压器低压侧、高厂变压器高压侧套管升高座内绝缘电阻降低是导致发电机绝缘偏低的原因。提出在主变压器低压侧、高厂变压器高压侧升高座套管、封闭母线盆式绝缘子表面、扣瓦和密封橡胶盘套内表面喷涂室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV),在升高座的密闭空间加装呼吸器等解决方案,实际运行表明解决方案具有良好防潮防污效果。The reason of the low insulation resistance of a 335 MW generator during the shutdown period is to be found that the main transformer enclosures and auxiliary transformer enclosures have got damp.The RTV technology is proposed to be sprayed on the surface of enclosures, insulator and sealing elements, and the transformer breathe is suggested to be added in the confined space,those measures mentioned above have achieved a good result in the application.
