摘 要:针对特厚煤层(达15 m)综放沿空掘巷采动影响范围大、围岩性质裂隙以及煤柱稳定性差等特点,提出了顶板以高强高预应力让压锚杆支护系统、梯级锚固的束锚索支护系统以及多锚索-钢带桁架支护系统的强力联合控制技术,煤柱帮采用强力锚杆支护系统、高韧性材料注浆加固、钢筋混凝土墙支撑系统的刚柔协同控制技术,以及实体煤帮强力锚杆索支护系统进行特厚煤层综放沿空掘巷围岩稳定性的控制,并阐明其支护机理。结合地质生产条件与现场工程实践确定了沿空掘巷具体支护方案与工艺流程,并进行了现场应用。现场实践表明,巷道两帮和顶底板最大移近量分别为65和57 mm,变形量较小,首次实现了15 m特厚煤层综放沿空掘巷围岩的有效控制。According to the characteristics of gob-side entry driving in fully-mechanized coal mining face at extra thick coal seam (up to 15 m), such as the large scope of mining influence scope ,the properties and fissures in surrounding rock, the poor stability of coal pillar, etc. , a high strength collaborative control technology acting on roof was proposed, which consists of high strength and pre-stressed yield-pressure anchor support system, step anchored bundled anchor cable support system, and multiple cable-belt truss support system. Besides, a rigid-flexible collaborative control tech- nology, which composes of high strength anchor, high-tenacity material grouting reinforcement and reinforced concrete wall support systems, was proposed in coal pillar side. Furthermore, the strong bolt supporting system was applied to control the integrated coal beside the roadway of full-mechanized caving mining at extra thick coal seam, and the sup- porting mechanism was fully analyzed. With geological condition on spot and program experience considered, the sup- port scheme and appropriate process flow of roadway driving along goaf were confirmed. The engineering practice shows that the maximum displacement of the two sides of roadway was 65 mm, and that of roof and floor was 57 mm, which first achieved an effective control of surrounding rock of gob-s/de entry driving in 15 m extra-thick coal seam.
