摘  要:通过对某采用底吹炉、侧吹炉和烟化炉直接炼铅冶炼厂余热锅炉产汽特性及用汽特性进行分析,确定了合理的余热利用方案。将原有螺杆膨胀机组拆除,新建一台7MW中压饱和汽轮发电机组及其附属系统。为了解决汽轮机不发电时多余蒸汽排空问题,与常规余热发电相比,增加了旁路凝汽系统。经工程实践证明,采用中压饱和蒸汽余热发电较好的适应了直接炼铅过程中蒸汽波动大的问题。Through the analysis of a by bottom blowing furnace, blowing furnace and fuming furnace smelting direct lead smelting plant waste heat boiler steam production characteristics and steam characteristics, determine the reasonable heat utilization scheme. The original screw expansion unit is removed, and a new 7MW medium pressure saturated steam turbine generator unit and its auxiliary system are built. In order to solve the problem of excess steam evacuation when steam turbine does not generate electricity, compared with the conventional waste heat power generation, the bypass condenser system is added. The engineering practice shows that the pressure saturated steam cogeneration better adapt to the fluctuation of steam direct lead smelting process problems.
