摘 要:为了得到无喷管助推器药柱设计的最优解,采用无喷管助推器一维非定常内弹道计算方法和粒子群模式搜索混合优化算法,构建了无喷管助推器药柱优化设计框架,优化框架中粒子群算法用于全局搜索,模式搜索算法用于局部搜索。对圆柱内孔装药无喷管助推器的药柱结构进行了优化设计,最大化总冲设计在不增大峰值压强的条件下总冲提升了5.4%,最小化峰值压强设计在总冲不降低的条件下峰值压强降低了33.8%,表明设计框架适用于无喷管助推器药柱优化设计过程,能够满足不同药柱设计的需求,混合优化算法的采用大大降低了优化设计代价。In order to obtain optimum design of nozzleless booster grain, an integrated framework is presented to perform the design optimization of nozzleless booster propellant grains. The proposed framework consists of one dimension unsteady interior ballistics analysis methods and hybrid optimization approach,which use particle swarm optimization algorithm to do global search,and pattern search method to do local search. Two case studies have been performed to verify the feasibility and reliability of the developed grain optimization design framework. The total impulse maximum optimization received 5.4% total impulse increase at the condition of no peak pressure rising,and the peak pressure minimum optimization reduced the peak pressure about 33.8% with no total impulse decrease. These results show that the proposed design framework facilitates the grain optimization process and various grain design requirements can be met. The design cost has been remarkably reduced by the introduction of hybrid optimization method.
