摘 要:目的:利用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)对白芍水提物中的化学成分进行分析和鉴定。方法:色谱条件:色谱柱:Waters ACQUITY^(TM) BEH C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-甲醇(B),梯度洗脱,流速0.4 m L/min,柱温30℃,进样量5μL。质谱条件:AB Sciex Triple TOF 5600质谱仪,ESI离子源,正、负离子模式扫描。结果:通过分析正、负离子质谱信息及元素组成,并结合相关文献,共鉴定出69个化学成分。结论:通过UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术,为鉴定白芍建立了一种快速、高效的分析方法。Objective :To analyze and identify the chemical compositions from water extract of Paeonia lactiflora by ultra perform- ance liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS). Methods:An ACQUITYTM BEH C18 column( 100 mm ×2. 1 mm) with 1.7 μm particle size was used. The mobile phase was composed of methanol and water with 0. 1% formic acid in gradi- ent mode. The flow rate was 0.4 mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 5 μL. An AB Sciex Triple TOF 5600 and ESI ion source was used for mass spectra. The MS data were collected in both positive and negative modes. Results:The results showed that 69 compounds from water extract of Paeonia lactiflora had been identified by analyzing mass data and comparing with literatures. Conclusion : A simple and reliable method with the usage of UPLC-Q-TOF-MS is established to identify the water-soluble components of Paeonia lactiflora.
