摘 要:目的:采用电喷雾电离-串联质谱快速分析黄连解毒汤的化学成分。方法:采用煎煮法对黄连解毒汤进行成分提取,所得提取液通过电喷雾电离-串联质谱技术分析其中的化学成分。由电喷雾电离-串联质谱得到各成分的分子量,再由串联质谱获得进一步的结构信息,进而推测鉴定出各化学成分的可能结构。结果:采用电喷雾电离-串联质谱鉴定了黄连解毒汤中15个主要成分的结构,其中有机酸类4个,环烯醚萜类2个,黄酮类4个,生物碱5个。结论:该研究为阐明黄连解毒汤的化学物质基础提供了依据。Objective :To analyze the chemical components in Huanglian-Jiedu decoction by electrospray ionization mass spectrom- etry(ESI-MS). Methods:The chemical components were extracted by boiling in water, and the extraction was subjected to ESI-MS for a- nalysis. The compounds were characterized by ESI-MS and ESI-MS", the molecular size and ion fragment were obtained, and then to i- dentify the proper constituents. Results:15 constituents in Huanglian-Jiedu decoction were identified by ESI-MS ,including four organic acids, two iridoids, four flavonoids, and five alkaloids. Conclusions : This study provides the scientific basis for identification of the chemical components of Huanglian-Jiedu decoction.
