金融集聚、产业结构演进与出口技术复杂度升级——来自中国省际面板数据的经验证据

摘　　要：本文首先分析了金融集聚和产业结构演进两者的交互作用对地区出口技术复杂度的影响机制,并在此基础上提出了相关的命题假说。继而利用2003-2014年我国的省际面板数据,对地区的金融集聚、产业结构演进以及出口技术复杂度分别进行测算,并运用静态、动态面板模型对命题假说进行实证检验。研究发现,金融的集聚发展有利于产业结构向合理化和高级化的方向演进,进而带动地区出口技术复杂度的升级。基于上述发现,本文针对经济新常态下我国外贸发展方式的转型升级提出了相应的对策建议。This paper analyzes the impact of the financial agglomeration and industrial structure evolution of both the complexity of the interaction on the export of technology upgrades, and on the basis of the hypothesis put forward propositions. Then use our 2003-2011 panel data of 31 provinces, municipalities, construct financial agglomeration, industrial structure evolution and complexity of technology exports and other core indicators and use static, dynamic measurement methods to identify the combination of empirical tests of hypotheses proposition . The study found that to enhance regional financial agglomeration level in favor of the industrial structure in the direction of rationalization andS＇Advancement of evolution, thus promoting the export of technology upgrading complexity. Based on these findings, we propose corresponding countermeasures, namely by raising the level of financial agglomeration of Provinces thereby boost the transformation of the industrial structure adjustment and further promote export of technical complexity of policy recommendations to upgrade in order to achieve the new economy under normal China＇s foreign trade development mode transformation.
