扶正泄浊保肾汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效及机制分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正泄浊保肾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2014年6月~2016年6月在我院接受治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料。根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予利尿、调节电解质等常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予扶正泄浊保肾汤治疗,两组患者均接受3个月的治疗。观察两组的疗效,比较两组治疗前后促红细胞生成素(EPO)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平、肾功能和生活质量的差异。结果:观察组治疗的有效率为97.8%,明显高于对照组;两组患者治疗前EFO和PTH水平无差别,治疗后,观察组的EFO水平明显高于对照组,PTH水平明显低于对照组;两组患者治疗前肾功能指标无差别,治疗后,观察组的血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素和血尿酸水平均明显低于对照组;两组患者治疗前生活质量无差别,治疗后,观察组的生活质量得分明显高于对照组。结论:扶正泄浊保肾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭患者有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者的激素水平,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To analyse the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Fuzhengxiezhuobaoshen decoction on chronic renal failure.Methods： Retrospective analysis of clinical data about chronic renal failure in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from June 2014-June 2016.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and combined treatment group.The control group were treated with diuresis,regulating electrolyte and other conventional western medicine treatment,on this basis,combined treatment group was treated with Fuzhengxiezhuobaoshen decoction.Two groups of patients were treated for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,erythropoietin（ EPO）,parathyroid hormone（ PTH）,renal function and quality of life of two groups were analyzed.Results： After treatment,total cure rate of combined treatment group was 97.78%,higher than that of control group with 85.00%（ p 〈 0.05）.After treatment,EFO level of combined treatment group was higher than that of control group（ p 〈 0.05）,PTH level of observation group was lower than that of control group（ p 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）,serum creatinine（ Scr）,blood urea and serum uric acid in combined treatment group were lower than that of control group（ all p 〈 0.05）.After treatment,score of quality of life in combined treatment group was higher than that of control group（ p 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Fuzhengxiezhuobaoshen decoction can improve efficacy of chronic renal failure,improve the quality of life of patients.
