摘 要:目的:比较家种羌活与野生羌活药材品质的差异性。方法:采用中华人民共和国药典方法检测家种及野生羌活药材中羌活醇、异欧前胡素及挥发油的含量,采用二甲苯小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀、冰醋酸扭体法及内毒素致大鼠发热法分别考察家种与野生羌活的水提物、醇提物及挥发油或入方九味羌活丸的抗炎、镇痛及解热作用。结果:家种羌活、家种宽叶羌活、野生羌活药材或入方九味羌活丸15g生药/kg、醇提物20g生药/kg、水提物20g生药/kg、挥发油20g生药/kg均能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀和冰醋酸所致扭体反应,家种或野生羌活入方九味羌活丸均能明显减轻内毒素致大鼠的发热作用;3年生家种药材达到法定药用标准,主要化学成分组成与野生药材一致。结论:家种羌活与野生羌活或入方九味羌活丸均具有明显的镇痛、抗炎及解热作用,二者的药效作用和主要化学成分无明显差异,家种羌活的内在品质未发生明显变异,可替代野生品入药。Objective :To investigate the medicinal quality of both cultivated and wild Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H. T. Chang and N. franchetii Boiss). Methods :The contents of notopterol, isoimperatorin and volatile oil were determined by methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Edition 2015). Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of JiuWeiQiangHuoWan was observed. Volatile oils, alco- holic extracts and water-soluble extracts in cultivated and wild Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix were studied in mice swelling ear model induced by xylene, rat paw edema model induced by carrageenan, HAC writhing test and heating model induced by endotoxin, separately. Results: Ear edema, paw edema and writhing reaction were inhibited significantly by JiuWeiQiangHuoWan at the dose of 15 g/kg, volatile oils, alco- holic extracts and water-soluble extracts at the dose of 20 g/kg. The quality of 3-years-old cultivated Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix reached the standard in pharmacopoeia standards (Edition 2015 ), and its pharmacopoeia index component is consistent with that of the wild No- topteryg^i Rhizoma et Radix. Conclusion: Analgesia, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects were observed in cultivated and wild Notoptery- gii Rhizoma et Radix, and there was no significant difference between them. No obvious difference in the medicinal quality was observed on cultivated Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, which would be an alternative for wild plant.
