夏枯草口服液联合头孢地尼分散片治疗慢性乳腺炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察夏枯草口服液联合抗生素治疗慢性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法:纳入郑州人民医院乳腺外科在2012年1月~2015年5月收治的74例慢性乳腺炎女性患者为资料进行研究。抽签法将其分为2组,每组37例。对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服夏枯草口服液。将治疗后治疗疗效、治疗前后炎症水平、VAS评分和肿块最大直径以及一年内复发率进行对比分析。结果:观察组总有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组75.68%。治疗后,观察组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)水平分别为(17.11±2.82mg/L、2.03±0.46μg/L),均明显低于对照组(25.27±3.10mg/L、3.24±0.53μg/L)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分和肿块最大直径分别为(1.09±0.26分、1.86±0.21cm),均明显低于对照组(2.21±0.30分、3.06±0.24cm)。(4)观察组24例治愈患者中一年内复发率为8.33%,明显低于对照组19例治愈患者中的复发率36.84%。结论:加服夏枯草口服液可提高治疗疗效,降低炎症、减轻患者疼痛,并降低复发率。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiakucao Oral Liquid combined with antibiotic on chronic mastitis. Methods： 74 female patients with chronic mastitis in Zhengzhou people＇s Hospital from January 2012 - 2015 May were grouped by draw method. The control group （37 cases） was treated with antibiotic treatment, the observation group was treated with Xiakucao Oral Liquid combing with antibiotic. Rele- vant indexs were compared between two groups. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.59%, higher than that in the control group （ 75.68% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment,levels of serum CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were （ 17.11 ± 2.82mg/L, 2.03 ± 0.46μg/L） ,lower than those in the control group （25.27 ± 3.10mg/L ,3.24 ± 0. 53μg/L） （all P 〈 0.05 ）. ③ After treatment, VAS score andtumor maximum diameter in the observation group were （ 1.09 ± 0.26 point, 1.86 ± 0.21cm） ,lower than that in the control group （2.21 ± 0. 30point,3. 06 ± 0.24cm） （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. ④After treatment, the recurrence rate in 24 patients who were cured in one year in the observation group was 8.33% ,lower than that in the control group 36.84% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Xiakucao Oral Liquid can improve the therapeutic effect ,reduce inflammation, relieve pain and reduce recurrence rate.
