益气活血利水方对白内障术后黄斑水肿的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血利水方剂对白内障手术后并发黄斑水肿的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年12月在我院眼科接受白内障手术治疗后并发黄斑水肿的76例(84眼)患者进行临床研究,采用抛掷硬币随机分为中西医组(治疗组)38例(41眼)、西医组(对照组)38例(43眼),两组均给予基础治疗,治疗组同时服用自拟益气活血利水方剂治疗30天。结果:治疗后,治疗组视力在0.50~0.80和大于0.80的患者比例为(56.10%和19.51%),均高于对照组(44.19%和4.65%)。治疗组治疗20天、30天后黄斑中心凹厚度分别为(221.4±30.2和197.1±27.8)μm,均低于对照组(246.3±34.5和226.9±31.4)μm。治疗后,治疗组的眼压为(14.67±1.65)mm Hg,和对照组(14.80±1.69)mm Hg比,差异不具有统计学意义。治疗组的总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:自拟益气活血利水方剂对白内障手术后并发黄斑水肿进行辅助治疗,能够提高患者的视力及降低黄斑水肿程度。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yiqihuoxuelishui decoction on concurrent macular edema after cataract surgery. Meth- ods：76 cases from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital who had macular edema （84 eyes） after cataract surgery received clinical research, and they were randomly divided into TCM combined with western medicine group（ treatment group）of 38 cases （41 eyes） , western medicine group（ control group） of 38 cases （43 eyes） by throwing coins. Two groups were given basic treatment, the treatment group at the same time receiced Yiqihuoxuelishui prescription for 30 days. Results： The proportion of patients with visual acuity of 0.50 - 0.80 and grea- ter than 0.80 in treatment group were（56.10% and 19.51% ） ,higher than that in control group（44.19% and 4.65% ） （ both P 〈0.05）. After treatment for 20 days and 30 days, foveal thickness in treatment group were （ 221.4 ± 30.2 and 197.1 ± 27.8 ） μm, lower than that of control group （246.3 ± 34.5 and 226.9 ± 31.4） μm （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, intraocular pressure in treatment group was （ 14.67 ± 1. 65 ） mmHg,compared with control group（ 14.80 ± 1.69） mmHg ,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Total effective rate of treatment group was 95.12% , higher than that of control group （ 79.07% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yiqihuoxuelishui decoction on macular edema after cataract surgery combined with adjuvant therapy, can improve visual acuity and reduce macular edema.
