摘  要:对看台事故的分析表明,节点损坏是导致结构整体倒塌的重要诱因之一。围绕苏州世乒赛装配式钢结构临时看台盘扣节点开展了研究。首先,介绍了该项目结构体系和盘扣节点的设计,进而考虑材料和接触的非线性,建立了盘扣节点的三维有限元模型;随后,针对衔接盘抗剪承载力、横杆连接节点抗拉(压)承载力和斜撑连接节点抗拉(压)承载力开展了非线性分析,获取了节点的屈服承载力,并将横杆节点承载力与文献已有试验结果进行了对比,验证了数值模拟方法的准确性;最后,对临时看台整体结构建立模型进行了设计荷载下的受力分析,并选取了其中一个9根杆件交汇节点,开展了设计荷载下盘扣节点复杂荷载情况下的非线性力学分析。结果表明:设计荷载下,结构横杆和斜撑最大轴力均在节点屈服承载力的范围内。同时,所分析的复杂受力节点基本处于弹性状态,所做研究可为类似临时看台的设计与建造提供参考。Based on the collapse of many temporary grandstands,the joint failure is one of the key factors which may cause the collapse of structures.This paper studies the joints of the steel temporary grandstands of Suzhou World Table Tennis Championships.Firstly,the design of the structure and the disk-pin joints are introduced.Finite element model of the joint is built accounting for the nonlinearity of material and contact.Secondly,nonlinear analyses are conducted.The yield capacities are obtained,including the shear capacity of the disk,the tensile and compressive capacity of the connection of the horizontal bar,and the tensile and compressive capacity of the connection of the brace.These capacity values are compared with the experimental values in published reference,and this verifies the numerical simulation method.Lastly,the internal forces of the temporary grandstands are analyzed using finite element model,and a disk-pin joint connected with nine members is selected for nonlinear analysis under complex loads.The results show the maximum axial forces of horizontal bars and braces are both below the yield capacities,and the joint is still in elastic stage under complex loads.So the design of the temporary grandstands is safe,and the study can beareference for future design and construction of temporary grandstands.
